Terms & Conditions
 
1. Open to anyone.
 
2. Entrants may only submit one entry.
 
3. Entries must be submitted through the online form at radiantpavilion.com.au
 
4. Entries close on Monday 6 May 2019, 11.59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
 
5. All entrants must be available to present on Monday 9 September in Melbourne, Australia.
 
6. All presentations must have some connection to the Contemporary Jewellery & Object field.
 
7. All entrants must pay for all travel, insurance and any and all other costs related to presenting.
 
8. If insufficient entries are received Radiant Pavilion reserves the right to invite presenters for the seminar. 
 
9. All decisions relating to selection are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
10. Selected presenters will be responsible for the production of their presentation including receiving all necessary permissions and rights to show images.
 
11. Selected presenters must send their images to Radiant Pavilion at least 3 weeks prior to Radiant Pavilion. Images due 17 August 2019.
 
12. Entrants will be notified of the outcome by Monday 13 May 2019.
 
13. All entrants must complete the application form before the due date. Late and/or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Radiant Pavilion accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical difficulties.
 
14. Applicants must provide their own personal, public liability and any other necessary insurance.
 
15. All selected presenters will receive free entry to the seminar.
 
16. Applicants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
