Catrine will welcome visitors to her studio in the beautiful VegOut Community Gardens. She makes unique jewellery using unconventional materials, often recycled. All work exhibited (new and older) will be for sale at well below retail price. Make a day of this visit with a walk in the gardens, a ride at Luna Park and/or a stroll on the beach… Other studios in the building may also be open.

About the Artist Catrine Berlatier trained as an art teacher and studied Gold and Silversmithing at RMIT. She enjoys revealing the beauty in ordinary materials. She takes pleasure in altering these mundane materials to a point where they are not readily identifiable, transmuting them into objects of desire.
